- brick cladding for longevity/low maintenance

- triple glazed timber-aluminium composite tilt/turn windows

- joinery: FSC certified ply, recycled timber

- permeable and airtight, highly insulated envelope

 

FUTURE PROOFING

- Accessible throughout

- Oversized gutters for expected stronger rainfall

- Bushfire proofing to higher BAL than required

- Low maintenance and recyclable materials
